Q1: Do you have stock or finished products to sell?

No. All of our products are customized from indicated requests. It can be artwork or design, sample, idea, etc which includes the size, material, quantity, design, packaging, etc. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q2: What’s your Business Scale?
We produce Packaging and Printing items only. Specified items as the following.
1. Bags, Paper bag, Paper Shopping Bag, Gift Bag, Packaging Bag, etc.
2. Boxes, Paper Box, Cosmetic Box, Gift Box, Packaging Box, Corrugated Box, Carton, Display Box, Food Box, etc.
3. Adhesive Stickers, Label, Hang Tag, Playing Card, Greeting Card, Envelope, etc.
4. Printing items, Book, Text Book, Exercise Book, Calendar, Wall Poster etc.
5. Paper roll, Thermal Cash paper, Commercial form bills and other more paper items.

Q3: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes and we produce only packaging and printing items.
Q4: If I want to get a quotation, what information should I let you know?
Details below-mentioned will save your time of communication and by them we will be able to quote precisely.
1. The quantity and Dimension of the products (Length x Width x Height)
2. The material and surface treatment (Matte or glossy lamination or Varnishing, etc).
3. The printing colors.
4. For precise price, please also provide with us the pictures, design or artwork for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying.
Q5: What kind of format is available for printing?
1. The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
2. Bleed size: 3-5mm.
3. Resolution: no less than 120DPI and the higher, the better.
Q6: How many days will sample making take? And how about the mass production?
Generally, 5-7 days for samples making.
The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc. FYI, 18-20 days for 30000pcs of paper shopping bags.
Q7: Is there inspection for my orders?
-Yes. The merchandise will follow and check each step of production. And the finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping. To keep customers informed, we will show the photos or video during the production.
Q8: How do you ship the finished products?
1. By sea.
This is an economic shipping way but will take long time. Except Asia, please plan the least time, 30 days, for shipping from China to the destination port.
2. By plane. Suitable for the orders of the weight over 100kg and urgent needed. It will take nearly15 days or more to arrive at many countries. Possibly you will need to pick up the goods at the port since the plane forwarder generally do not provide with service of shipping to your warehouse.
3. By couriers, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.
The shipping cost is high but very fast. Generally, it can arrive at most countries within 7 days.
